POLICIES APPLICABLE TO CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS

ALTERATIONS POLICY 

We offer free alterations on every order. The request for an alteration needs to be logged in within 14 days of delivery of the product. As all our products are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Our free alterations are completed within 7-10 days from the date of your request to delivery. You can request an alteration by filling in the form on this link.

An alteration request is considered to be valid only on receipt of all the required information requested by our customer care representative (including images requested to assess the alteration required). If any of the information is not received within the timelines specified, the Company has the right to reject the alteration request.

We offer to alter the product a maximum of 2 times to get the fit right for you. If you are not happy with the fit after the first alteration, we will offer a second alteration for free. This request needs to be raised within 14 days of receipt of the first alteration.

In case your address falls in the 'Non Serviceable' category, you can courier the pants to our office address and we will refund the shipping charges to you.

For all products purchased from any website/ marketplace other than www.pantproject.com, we cannot offer any direct alterations/ exchanges/ returns/ refunds. This will have to be requested directly with the website/ marketplace from where the order was placed.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Since we custom make pants, we only accept an exchange / return if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a product with defective fabric or the wrong product.

All exchange or return requests related to receiving the wrong product or manufacturing defects should be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

All exchange or return requests related to defective fabrics should be made within 90 days of receiving the product.

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your Refund within 48 hours from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.

International exchanges/ returns will not be processed.

REFUND POLICY

Since we custom make pants & jeans, we only accept an exchange/ return and do not offer refunds unless as specified above.

To request a refund please email us on contact@pantproject.com or WhatsApp / call us on 8657735200 with your order details, reason for refund and any other details that will help us process this swiftly.

On receipt of your request, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your refund within 48 hours from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.

International exchanges / returns will not be processed.

Accessory products (belts, socks, handkerchiefs, masks & diaries) - We do not allow any cancellations once the order is placed and do not offer any refunds.

Gift cards once purchased cannot be refunded or cancelled.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
We offer free exchanges/ returns of our products. Exchanges will be subject to availability of inventory. If the requested size is not available, we will offer an exchange in another product of the same price or a refund.

All exchange or return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the product. All original tags should be there on the product and the product should not be used. 
 
Once the request is received, our team will arrange for a pick up of the product, inspect it and issue the refund once all conditions are satisfied. Refunds take 4-5 working days to process.

Do you ship outside/or anywhere in India?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders above INR 1,000/- within India. For international shipping following are the charges: 

1-2 pants INR 2,000/-

3-4 pants INR 3,500/-

5-6 pants INR 5,000/-

7-8 pants INR 6,500/-

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You should expect to receive your order between 10-14 days from the day the order is placed. As our products are made to order with strong attention to detail, we take slightly longer to deliver your order, finished to perfection.

Are there any duties and taxes?

All prices include 12% GST.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/telephone.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB via email. You can also check the status of your order at https://pantproject.com/pages/order-tracker
