Do you ship outside/or anywhere in India?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders within India. For international shipping, standard rates apply.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You should expect to receive your order between 7-14 days from the day the order is placed. As our products are made to order with strong attention to detail, we take slightly longer to deliver your order, finished to perfection.

Are there any duties and taxes?

All prices include 12% GST.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Upon placing your order, you will see an order confirmation number on your screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email/telephone.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a tracking number/ AWB via email.

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

Since we custom make pants, we only accept an exchange / return if you receive a damaged or wrong product. All exchange or return requests should be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

To process an exchange or return please email us on customercare@pantproject.com or whatsapp / call us on + 91 8657735200 with your order details, reason for return and a picture of the wrong / damaged product

On receipt of your email, our customer service representative will have the product collected within 48 Hours. On receipt of your returned products, our quality team will check the product, we clear your Refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of returned products. The amount of refund will be credited to your credit/debit card account as the case may be.

International exchanges / returns will not be processed.

What if I need an alteration? 

You can process an alteration through our website.

Once your alteration is received, you will receive a confirmation email from our end post which our customer service team will arrange for a pick up. 

Our entire alteration process takes upto two weeks.
