For all our custom-made pants except Jeans, we offer free alterations subject to T&C. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on custom-made pants. For Jeans, we offer returns and exchanges only for inseam size 32 (Default). The request for an alteration, exchange or return needs to be logged in within 14 days of delivery of the product.
