They never give up

I write to convey my sincere appreciation of the effort the The [Pant] Project folks put in to ensure that I had a pant that suited me. My first order was for a 32” slim fit - which I found was too tight for me. They promptly responded recommending exchanging it for a superior quality twill product of the next size. The exchange process was smooth. But then I was not happy with the fit of this one too (very tight around the calf). I simply mentioned this in my feedback and promptly, I was offered a replacement with a “relaxed fit”. Again the exchange process was “seamless”!
Now about the pant itself - the fit is good (not perfect), but then who is perfect? I would have preferred what some “foreign” brands call the “straight fit”. The material is quite comfortable. I have started wearing it in September - the test of comfort will be in the summer of ’26!
Overall, it’s been a good experience. I would recommend giving it a shot.
