Delivery Time

Digital gift cards are delivered by email within minutes of purchase (or on your chosen delivery date). Physical gift cards are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

How long is the gift card valid?

The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Where can I use my gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed online at The Pant Project website towards both Ready To Wear and Custom-Made pants.

When will my gift card be delivered?

Physical Gift Cards are shipped within 2–4 days. Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email on the date selected on the product page.

Is Cash on Delivery available for Digital Gift Cards?

No. Digital Gift Cards require prepaid payment and cannot be purchased using Cash on Delivery (COD).

Can I use my gift card if I have a discount code on my cart?

Yes. You can apply eligible discount codes to your cart and redeem your gift card at checkout.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed only at checkout. Enter your gift card code in the gift card/payment section to apply the available balance to your order.

What happens if my order value is different from my gift card balance?

If your order value is higher, you can pay the remaining balance using another available payment method. If it is lower, the remaining gift card balance will carry forward and can be used towards future purchases, subject to the gift card’s 1-year validity.

Can I cancel, return, exchange or redeem my gift card for cash?

No. Gift cards are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, in part or full.

What if I enter the wrong recipient details?

Please make sure the recipient’s details are entered correctly when placing your order. The Pant Project is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
