Hailing from a family business in hospitality, studying in Southern California, and working in Chicago gave him the experience, support, and exposure he needed to conceptualize his dream project. In 2015, he started 145 which is now a chain of restaurant bars. He’s created a one-of-a-kind experience that serves all of your senses. As an all-day hustler at his bar, Ishaan loves his comfort as days turn to nights very quickly in the hospitality business. Add to that the style fitting for an entrepreneur and bar-owner. Realizing that there is a gap in the Indian music industry, Arjun found his calling. He started Shark and Ink in 2013 as a talent management and brand solutions company.
